STOCKBRAZIL LICENSE AGREEMENT - SINGLE IMAGE

Essencial Information

Please read the terms and conditions of this license agreement. The acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition to use the image(s) you bought online. After having downloaded the image(s) is presumed that you have made yourself aware of the contents of this license.

If you are reading this agreement on behalf of your company, these terms and conditions are worth for your company and for you, as the representative, as well as for all employees or staff of your company that may use the image(s).

TERMS OF LICENSE

StockBrazil Ltda. licenses to you the use of the image(s) on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis on the express condition that the following terms and conditions are complied with:

All copyrights and other related rights to the images are owned by StockBrazil.

The use of the image(s) entails the presumption that you have read and understood the terms of this agreement and accept them without reserve.

PERMITTED USES

You may:

• Use the image(s) in any eletronic or print media, including advertising and editorial use, and consumer merchandising.
• To make one back-up copy of the image(s) for archive or storage purposes. Any copy you make must include the copyright information of the respective image(s).
• Use the image(s) on behalf of a third party - natural or legal person - who is not the holder of this license, provided that this usage does not allow the third party free access to the image(s), which would result in this third party being considered a user.
• Modify or alter the image(s) for your use, provided that the rights to any derivative work shall belong to StockBrazil.

USE RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Transfer the rights to the image(s) except in those cases specifically authorized in this license Agreement.
• Copy or reproduce the image(s), except as specifically provided in those cases specifically authorized in this Agreement. Any unauthorized commercial use will result in the user being civilly and/or criminally liable for infringement of copyright.
• Use the image(s) in any way that could be considered scandalous, defamatory, obscene, immoral or fraudulent.
• Rent, distribute, sell, lend or otherwise grant rights to anyone for any purpose, except in those cases specifically authorized in this License Agreement.
• Use image(s) of identifiable persons or items in a way that could suggest any relationship or association between these images and any product or service.

IMPORTANT: Not all images have releases, so it is your responsibility, as image buyer, to ensure that image(s) you are buying have the relevant releases required. When viewing the image information, it is clearly showed whether an image has a release or not. It is your responsibility to decide if one is required.

TERMS AND PHOTO CREDIT

This License is effective until it is terminated. It shall be terminated in the event you do not comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

After expiration of this License Agreement, you hereby agree to destroy all copies you have made of the image.

In agreement with the Brazilian Author Rights Law (Lei 9.610), all use of the photographic images is subject to citation of the photographer.

WARRANTY

StockBrazil warrants that the image(s) will be free from workmanship defects under normal use for a period of 7 days from the date you download it.

In case of a defect due to download during the 7 days period, StockBrazil will replace the defective image. You will be able to download the image(s) again, at an address that StockBrazil will inform to you.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The image(s) is provided as is, under the guarantees provided above. All risks related to the results or performance and fitness for a particular purpose is with you.

JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by the Brazilian laws.
